Once payment has been authorized and items are available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on when each order is received.

We do not deliver in Livigno, Campione d’Italia, PO boxes and general delivery.

Shipment status
Once the goods have been shipped, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation from our customer service, including the shipment identification number, enabling them to track the shipment at www.ups.com

Shipping data
CORDESIGN s.r.l. will use the shipping data provided by the customer during the order.

Shipping date
Orders are processed from Monday – Friday from 09:30-18:00.
Orders sent during the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning.
Orders sent during festivities will be processed the following working day.


Shipping documents
As required by commercial law, all shipments must be accompanied by an official invoice, listing the value of each individual item, and by a waybill. For items on sale the invoice will show the discounted sale price.

Shipment tracking
Once the goods have been shipped, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation from our customer service, including the shipment identification number, enabling them to track the shipment at www.ups.com. Customers will be able to follow the status of their order on the courier’s website by simply entering the number of their shipment in “Search shipments.” The web page will show exact and updated movements of the shipment.

Authorized delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package looks tampered with or if the tape around it is not intact, we ask customers to sign with reservations or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the package has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, we advise customers to immediately open a claim with the Courier’s local Office and contact us via email at: orders@twoitalianboys.it. Our courier delivers from Monday-Friday during office hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. Three delivery attempts will be made. After the third attempt, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse.
